FAQ
Questions, answered.
The things people ask us most before they build.
Do I need approval before I build?
Yes. Building plans must be approved by your local authority (KCCA, municipal council or district). We prepare the architectural drawings your application needs.
Can you design my house even if someone else builds it?
Yes. We offer design only, including floor plans, elevations and 3D renders.
Can I buy my own materials?
Yes. Under a labour-only contract you buy the materials and we provide the skilled workforce and supervision.
How do I pay?
In milestones. You inspect and sign off each stage before the next payment.
How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on the size, design, materials and how payments flow. We agree a written programme with you before work starts, so you know the timeline from day one.
Can I see my house before it is built?
Yes. You see it in 3D renders of the outside and the inside, and approve it before construction starts.
Can you build in stages as my budget allows?
Yes. Each stage leaves the building safe until work resumes.
Do you work outside Kampala?
Yes. We work in Jinja, Mukono, Busia, Mayuge, Wakiso, Bushenyi and beyond.
What if there is a defect after handover?
Workmanship defects are corrected at our cost.
Can you also furnish the building?
Yes. We help you choose, buy, deliver and install everything that goes inside.
I live abroad. Can I build at home?
Yes. You approve the design in 3D, follow progress through photos and site-diary updates, and pay stage by stage after each stage is signed off.
